How is it different from the free adoption test?
The AI adoption test (in Spanish) is taken by each human on their own, is free and gives you an approximate individual score. The AI readiness assessment is something we carry out with you for the whole company: the whole team completes the questionnaire and, on top of that, we review your current tools and interview each area. The result is the company's maturity level and its first adoption strategy.
How long does it take and who takes part?
The whole team completes the adoption questionnaire. We then interview each functional area or department, for at least one hour each, and spend more time on the areas with the most potential depending on what we see. The scope depends on the size of your company and its number of areas.
Do I need technical knowledge to get value from it?
No. The assessment is designed for general management, operations management and heads of area, not for technical profiles. We talk about processes, time and results, not technology. Our methodology is designed for non-technical managers.
What do I take away at the end?
Three deliverables for the whole company: a maturity report benchmarked against your sector, a map of the 3 to 5 processes with the highest return and your first Generative AI adoption strategy with concrete first steps.
