Generative AI Bootcamp, hands-on AI training for companies
Hands-on AI training for companies: for 6 to 7 weeks, your team applies Generative AI to real processes in your business. At the end, the average saving is 6 hours per human per week.
- Learning by doing on real work
- In person, online or hybrid
- EU AI Act and GDPR built in
Training only works if it changes the way your team works
The challenge is not teaching tools. It is getting the team to use them with judgement, safely and independently once they are back at their usual tasks.
Too much theory
Generic demos inspire for an hour, but they don't solve your company's specific processes.
Tools without judgement
Trying every new release eats up time and exposes the team to sharing data where it shouldn't.
Isolated use cases
A good prompt doesn't change a company unless it becomes a repeatable, measurable habit.
No continuity
Without follow-up by area, day-to-day work takes over again and progress fades.
Your team ends up using Generative AI independently
The Bootcamp connects training, implementation and measurement. Each human works on use cases from their own area and documents a way to repeat them safely.
- Use cases prioritised by impact and ease
- Workflows tested on real tasks
- Your own library of instructions and good practice
- Clear criteria to protect data and comply with regulation
- Measurement of time saved and a continuity plan
From spotting opportunities to measuring results
The pace adapts to the team. The usual structure takes 6 to 7 weeks and includes an initial phase to identify where it is worth acting.

Which companies it is designed for
It fits if your company
- Wants to move forward with Generative AI with judgement, whatever its size
- Wants hands-on implementation, not an inspirational talk
- Wants to work on its own use cases and processes
- Needs reassurance on GDPR and the EU AI Act
- Is willing to measure the before and after
It is not the right format if you
- Are looking for a recorded course to take on your own
- Only want a one-off demo of tools
- Can't involve heads of area during the programme
- Need to build a closed technology solution from day one
- Expect results without changing any work habits

Adoption also has to be responsible
SAPINN builds regulation into the hands-on work so that speed never gets ahead of judgement.
Data and GDPR
The team learns what information it can share, with which tools and under what conditions.
Human oversight
Each use case defines what a human must review before an output becomes a decision or a deliverable.
EU AI Act
Use cases are reviewed according to their risk, and the responsibilities that fall to the company are documented.
Frequently asked questions about the Generative AI Bootcamp
How long does the Generative AI Bootcamp last?
The usual structure lasts between 6 and 7 weeks. It includes an initial phase to identify the processes with the most potential, hands-on sessions by area, follow-up of the use cases and a final phase for measurement and continuity. The schedule adapts to the size and pace of the team.
Is it in person, online or hybrid?
It can run in any of the three formats. SAPINN combines in-person and online sessions when that makes it easier for several sites or departments to take part without losing the hands-on work.
Is technical knowledge needed?
No. The programme is designed for non-technical managers and teams. We work in plain language on real business tasks. Technical profiles can also take part when the use cases require integrations or automations.
What results can the company expect?
The documented average result is 6 hours saved per human per week at the end of the Bootcamp. The actual saving depends on the processes chosen, the team's involvement and the ability to turn use cases into habits.
How are the use cases chosen?
Before starting, we analyse processes and needs by area. We prioritise opportunities with clear impact, manageable difficulty and controlled risk. No generic catalogue of examples is imposed.
How are the EU AI Act and GDPR handled?
Compliance is built into every use case. The team learns to protect data, maintain human oversight, document decisions and tell low-risk uses apart from those that need more control.
What happens after the Bootcamp?
The company receives a continuity plan with new prioritised use cases. If it needs monthly support, it can continue with the Fractional AI Department. If a process needs its own technology, we assess an automation or a custom development.
